Accutron FlexBID is a modular burn-in driver system which can tes devices whilst being burnt in. The can test both statically and dynamically to provide a large test coverage thus reducing test time and the overall cost of test. FlexBID modules are available with 48, 96, 144 or 192 digital channels per driver board with 4GB of high speed DDR3 on-board mamory. Power suply control is included. Up to 4 modules can be mounted to a Personality Module (PMoD) and up to 32 PMods can be chained to build an expanded system. An position is available for an expansion module which can be used for analog or other sources. Astronics ActivATE is used for program development and execution. Programs are developed using VB script. Digital vectors use a simple scripting language.
