EQT handler contactor with hand test adaptor in place. The removeable lid has 2 clips to retain it.
A 11x11mm BGA contactor for a 1.0mm pitch device.
EQT socket mounts across a PCB to enable devices to be tested in the target application without soldering. Devices can be verified or programmed before assembly. This socket was designed after the PCB had been fabricated. The screw down plunger ensures a vertical compression of the pins. It is presettable for different device thicknesses.
A handler contactor for 48 lead LQFP 7x7 0.5mm pitch. This socket has 2 lid options: - a clamshell lid for manual testing - a clip-on lid for debugging in the handler enviromnent Lids can be change quickly and easily.
Versitile clamshell interface with replaceable spring probe tower and probe card tray. This unit can be used on Wentworth and EG 4090 probers with an adaptor ring. Planarization and Z height are adjustable. Accepts probe cards up to 150mm x 150mm.
Environmental dark box for wafer prober. This provides a closed dark environment for cold probing by capturing dry nitrogen and preventing condensation. This example has an optional mounting for a camera & light source for testing image sensors.
One of the many stiffeners available from CoreTest. Stiffeners are made to the same tight tolerances and specifications as OEM versions.
